'Total Storage Systems' has a division that carries out regular inspections of clients rack installations. This is usually done either twice or four times a year.
The damaged rack is tagged according to the level of damage, a written report issued, followed by a quotation to carry out any rectification.
There is a charge for this service, depending on the size of the clients premises and normally a contract is entered into so the inspections are scheduled according to the customers requirements.
